The Edwardson School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University invites applications for a tenure-track/tenured Assistant/Associate Professor. Ideal candidates will have research interests in one of the following areas: Logistics and Supply Networks, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Automation, Digital Twins, and Optimization.

Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering, operations research, systems engineering, operations management, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, statistics, or a related discipline by the employment start date
• Evidence of initiating independent research for early-career applicants
• Sustained record of independent research within academic or industrial organizations for mid-career applicants
• Contributions to education and/or mentoring
