Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of general building maintenance experience
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push and pull 25 to 50 pounds frequently, up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check
