Job Description
Pure is seeking a Service Account Manager to lead with innovative thinking and grow within a dynamic data storage industry. This role involves building relationships with customers, resolving incident resolution, promoting system health, and providing detailed reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive account manager focused on customer experience and satisfaction. SAM aims to be a Trusted Advisor by leveraging Pure resources to resolve issues and contribute to long-term customer success.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in Enterprise Storage (NAS, SAN, File/Block data, Server, OS, Virtualization, Network)
- Hand-dirty experience with installation, upgrade, expansion or test environment (FlashArray, FlashBlade)
- Strong cloud, cybersecurity, or containerization/orchestration knowledge.
- 3+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- Bachelors Degree and ITIL/Project Management certification (desired).
- Native Japanese and Business language skills
