Account Director, UK

PureSpectrum is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to join our EMEA team. The role will be responsible for managing and expanding key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role in the market research, technology, or related industry.
• Ability to review a client brief and advise on a best scripting and/or sampling approach
• Ability to work effectively with our Services Operations team to deliver Full Service data collection projects
• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
