Program Manager, API Integrations

PureSpectrum is a rapidly growing market research and insights platform seeking a client-focused and consultative Manager, API Integrations to lead customer integration experiences. The role requires strong technical fluency and the confidence to work closely with engineering teams and enterprise clients on data and workflow challenges.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Product Ownership, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting within SaaS or Market Research/Insights tech
• Background in Product Owner or Developer roles, ideally with experience supporting API-driven products
• Prior experience working directly with clients to integrate into a platform or ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Postman, API documentation
• Experience supporting buyer API integrations
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across both marketing and engineering audiences
• Proven ability to drive outcomes through a consultative approach rather than direct code delivery
• Proven ability to track enterprise level integrations through various phases of lifecycle
