We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with experience in the Education market to support and drive consultative sales opportunities by driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work toward Resi’s mission.
Requirements
- Proven success in consultative sales roles within the education sector
- 3+ years of direct experience with sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, with a focus on educational institutions across Enterprise and Mid-Market sectors
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage educational decision-makers
- An understanding of or interest in learning broadcast, production technology, and the unique needs of the education sector
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the education market
- Success in this role requires a high degree of strategic flexibility to adjust plans based on real-time market feedback and fluid business objectives
- Exceptional comfort with ambiguity and the ability to maintain focus and drive results despite frequently evolving scopes and goals
- Highly adaptable with the skill to prioritize tasks effectively amidst a degree of unpredictability
- Must be a flexible and resourceful self-starter
