Manager, Payment Services

The Manager, Payment Services will oversee key payment processes, drive operational efficiency, and lead a team to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The role requires a strategic, tactical, and driven leader with a deep understanding of the payments industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in payments or FinTech roles
• A minimum of 3 years managing people
• Demonstrated experience and domain expertise in SaaS Embedded Payments or financial technology (FinTech) environment
• Payment Processing, Risk and Compliance certifications
• Deep experience in the payments industry with a focus on card and ACH payments as well as digital wallets
• Proven expertise in risk and governance management, particularly in financial services or payments
