Job Description

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Accounting, Chief of Staff, Operations Management, Administrative Management, or a comparable role
- Hands-on experience with bookkeeping/accounting or financial operations workflows is strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills- able to keep multiple processes, routines, and deadlines moving smoothly
- Strong project management, documentation, and written communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners across HR, accounting firms, legal counsel, and vendors
- Resourceful with a strong bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through
- A creative problem-solver who can untangle ambiguity and keep things moving
