Growth Marketing Manager

Qevlar is hiring a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale multi-channel demand generation programs that fuel our pipeline and category leadership. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will design, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across channels to generate SQLs and accelerate revenue, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or campaign management (cybersecurity experience strongly preferred)
• Proven track record running demand gen programs that generate pipeline
• Hands-on HubSpot power user (workflows, scoring, automation, reporting)
• Experience with paid search and paid social (LinkedIn + Google)
• Strong understanding of ABM tactics and segmentation
• Highly analytical — comfortable with dashboards, attribution, and weekly performance reviews
• Excellent campaign copywriting fundamentals (emails, ads, landing pages)
• Strong project management — running 5–10 campaigns at once
• Bias for action — ship fast, iterate fast
• Ownership mindset — accountable for results, not activities
• Resourceful, creative, and driven by curiosity
