Qevlar is a B2B SaaS startup that strives to massively increase the productivity of cybersecurity teams. We develop AI Cybersecurity Analysts that augment Security Operations Centers (SOCs). We're now looking for our first Revenue Operations Lead to build the GTM foundation across Europe and help scale our commercial engine from lead to renewal.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / GTM analytics (B2B SaaS)
- Experience scaling RevOps in high-growth environments (Series A–C)
- Strong Hubspot expertise (data model, automations, reporting)
- Deep knowledge of SaaS & GTM metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, win rate, pipeline coverage)
- Strong process design & enablement skills
- Analytical, structured, and data-driven decision-maker
- Excellent communicator; aligns cross-functional teams fast
- Fluent in English (French/German a plus)
