Qevlar AI is a B2B SaaS startup that develops AI Cybersecurity Analysts to augment Security Operations Centers (SOCs). We're seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build the GTM foundation across Europe and help scale our commercial engine from lead to renewal.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / GTM analytics (B2B SaaS)
- Experience scaling RevOps in high-growth environments (Series A-C)
- Strong Hubspot expertise (data model, automations, reporting)
- Deep knowledge of SaaS & GTM metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, win rate, pipeline coverage)
- Strong process design & enablement skills
- Analytical, structured, and data-driven decision-maker
- Excellent communicator; aligns cross-functional teams fast
- Fluent in English (French/German a plus)
