Join Qonto as a Finance Transformation Project Manager, based in Paris, and take full ownership of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This project is key to ensuring regulatory compliance while modernizing our finance systems and processes to support our growth toward one million customers.
Requirements

- Analyze current invoicing processes and tooling to identify gaps: map end-to-end flows, run diagnostics using data, and pinpoint bottlenecks and compliance risks
- Lead RFPs and provider selection for invoicing solutions (incoming and outgoing): define requirements, coordinate assessments with stakeholders, and recommend the right solution(s) for Qonto’s needs.
- Design and implement new finance processes and tools: build target processes, coordinate configuration and testing with Product Owners and system/ interfaces experts, and drive adoption across finance teams
