We're looking for a Senior PMO - Credit Transformation to lead the credit transformation program, align cross-functional teams, and ensure we meet our banking license requirements on time.
Requirements
- Banking & regulatory background: Experience with credit risk frameworks, regulatory reporting (COREP, FINREP, Basel III/CRR), and banking license transitions or regulatory projects.
- Multi-stream PMO experience: Track record managing multiple workstreams, coordinating dependencies, protecting critical paths, and stabilising in-flight projects.
- Cross-functional coordination: Ability to orchestrate diverse teams (Risk, Compliance, Finance, IT, Operations) and resolve blockers across organisational boundaries.
- Governance & quality: Ability to design program governance, establish RACI, run SteerCo meetings, and enforce quality gates and traceability for regulatory deliverables.
- Executive communication: Comfortable reporting to C-level, synthesising complex information into concise status reports.
