Job Description
QUADRA Energy is seeking a Team Lead / Senior Software Developer to drive their data-driven business models. The role involves planning, implementing, and maintaining software solutions, leading a team, and ensuring robust data infrastructures. It requires technical expertise in Python and PHP, DevOps principles, and a strong commitment to renewable energy.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally with initial leadership experience
- In-depth programming knowledge in Python and PHP, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of databases (especially PostgreSQL) and experience with large amounts of data
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and modern CI/CD toolchains (e.g. GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Confident handling of Linux/MacOS environments
- Very good German skills in word and writing (min. C1)
- Structured, analytical way of thinking and a high degree of self-organization
- Communication skills, teamwork and responsibility
- Enthusiasm for the energy industry and the development of sustainable, data-based solutions
