We seek a Growth Manager to join our team as we continue to serve as a key partner in developing the expansion and retention strategies for the Mid-Market companies in our current install base.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a sales, renewals, or customer success role
- Experience in the technology space (vertical SaaS experience is a plus)
- Project management experience where you've led the growth strategy for multiple initiatives simultaneously from start to finish
- Product management knowledge that would equip you to strategically understand how the users interact with the product
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans for more sophisticated customers
