Job Description
Qualtrics is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Director to lead the IT Infrastructure and Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of the IT systems, with a focus on modern infrastructure, automation, and user experience. Qualtrics is a leading platform for brands to deliver exceptional frontline experiences and build high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling IT systems in a fast-growing, global environment.
- Extensive experience with the ITIL framework and its practical application.
- Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure concepts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with a Mac-focused environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jamf, Oomnitza, and the Google productivity suite are all pluses.
