Job Description
Qualtrics is seeking a highly experienced Engineering Director to lead their IT Infrastructure and Operations team. The ideal candidate will focus on modern infrastructure, automation, and user experience, and collaborate with leaders across the company to improve their IT experience.
Requirements
- Own, create, and execute a strategic vision for the IT infrastructure
- Lead the adoption and maturation of ITIL framework processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request)
- Focus on automation and eliminate manual solutions
