Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in compensation, equity, benefits, or total rewards within a global organization (ideally in the tech industry)
- Demonstrated success in delivering total rewards in a private equity environment
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of private company compensation and benefits principles and practices
- Experience with variable compensation structures
- Experience with conducting market research and salary surveys
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and total rewards software
- Global mindset and experience working in a multicultural environment
- Ability to travel internationally as required
