Global Head of Total Rewards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in compensation, equity, benefits, or total rewards within a global organization (ideally in the tech industry)
• Demonstrated success in delivering total rewards in a private equity environment
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of private company compensation and benefits principles and practices
• Experience with variable compensation structures
• Experience with conducting market research and salary surveys
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and total rewards software
• Global mindset and experience working in a multicultural environment
• Ability to travel internationally as required
