We are looking for a Principal Solution Engineer to join our presales organization and provide technical / functional support and solution strategy to prospective clients and customers.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Sales and Technical roles with complex software in a SaaS/Cloud environment, working with C/VP level buyers
- Experience working with Enterprise level accounts across different industries
- High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments
- Outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities
- Ability to explain and resolve common technical aspects of SaaS software
- Ability to see and present 'the big picture', architect solutions to solve customer problems
- Demonstrated excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills
- Previous work in Customer and/or Employee Experience software and systems, including pre or post-sales support
