Job Description
Quandela is a French deeptech company building a photonic quantum computer, delivering them both via cloud and on-site. They are seeking an Application Support Engineer to ensure the seamless operation and usability of their early-stage quantum computer, working with researchers and contributing to the European quantum ecosystem. This role is strategically important for Quandela and is a key connection between research and product development.
Requirements
- Manage tickets on code execution, compilation, scripts, and performance.
- Debug issues in algorithms and environments.
- Provide user training (1-to-1, workshops).
- Ensure service continuity.
- Engage in weekly technical reviews and quarterly site meetings.
- Coordinate handover.
