Job Description
Taylor’s Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide vital support in handling invoices, accounts payable, data entry, time card management, and other administrative tasks. Requirements
- Process, review, and verify invoices for accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable, including vendor communications and payment tracking.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to invoices and payments.
- Support general office operations, including scheduling and ordering supplies.
