Job Description
QUES is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the office, with the opportunity for career growth. This role includes Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties for the office, plus the chance to contribute to team reporting and data management. The company has over 700 employees and a growing presence within the electrical utility industry.
Requirements
- Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and meet deadlines
- High energy level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical capacity
