Coax Splicer

Taylor’s Construction, Inc. is hiring experienced Coax Splicers to install, splice, test, and maintain coaxial cable for telecommunications systems. Coax Splicers will work closely with supervisors and project teams to deliver reliable connectivity to customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of coaxial splicing or cable construction experience
• Knowledge of signal levels, sweep balancing, and RF troubleshooting techniques
• Proficiency with coaxial test equipment, such as signal meters and sweep gear
• Ability to climb poles, operate bucket trucks, and perform aerial coaxial work safely
• Familiarity with fiber-to-coax integration, preferred
• Willingness to work outdoors, travel between job sites, and work flexible hours, preferred
