Project Manager I (Substation)

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager I (Substation) to support substation construction and maintenance projects across their service areas. This is an entry-level position designed for a motivated college graduate who is ready to learn, travel, and grow within the utility construction industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or graduating soon)
• Strong desire to build a career in project management and utility construction
• Willingness and ability to travel as required by project needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; project software a plus)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both in an office setting and in the field
