This role is responsible for accurately converting item details from source files (PDFs, images, handwritten notes, websites) into the company's internal system, ensuring descriptions, prices, and options match the source exactly.
Requirements
- Convert information from source documents (e.g., PDFs, images, handwritten notes, websites) into the company's internal database or content management system.
- Verify that all items, descriptions, prices, and options are accurately captured and reflect the source material exactly.
- Follow established guidelines for data entry, formatting, and structuring items to ensure consistency and readability within the digital system.
- Review completed transcriptions for spelling, grammar, punctuation errors, and data inconsistencies to ensure a clean, error-free output.
- Utilize transcription software, word processing programs, and the company's specific data entry tools efficiently.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information by conducting basic research or seeking clarification from the appropriate team members.
- Manage workload effectively to meet daily or weekly production and quality standards.
- Meet daily expectations/KPIs as assigned with efficiency and quality.
