Operations Team Leader

As an Operations Team Leader at Quantanite, you will be responsible for managing back-office operations, driving efficiency, and meeting client-mandated KPIs. You will lead a team of team leaders and ensure consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to improve the quality of delivery to client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Graduate from any recognized University/Institute
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Comprehensive job and process knowledge
• Results-oriented with strong quality focus
• Strong cognitive skills
• Ability to conduct MBRs and WBRs
• Experience in client onboarding
• Effective communication
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects/clients
