Job Description
We are looking for a UNIX/Linux Support Engineer (L3) to provide comprehensive operational support for our enterprise's mixed UNIX/Linux infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting RHEL 6–9 and Ubuntu 20/22/24 in production environments, including patching, monitoring, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESX, GPFS, and LSF, and working knowledge of OpenShift and RStudio services.
- Strong understanding of Ansible Tower, Red Hat Satellite, Puppet, and shell scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow, TrueSight, and PATROL for monitoring and ITSM processes.
- Solid grasp of Linux networking and remote troubleshooting practices in large enterprise environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in Linux/Unix support within enterprise environments.
- RHCSA and/or ITIL v4 Foundation certification
