Head of HR Operations (m/f/d)

To ensure our international growth scales sustainably and compliantly, we are strengthening our HR "operating system." The Head of HR Operations will oversee core HR processes, lead the HR Operations team, and standardize contract and documentation frameworks.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable role, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment, with a strong passion for innovative HR topics.
• Proven experience in HR Operations, ideally within high-growth or complex organizations.
• Strong HRIS and data expertise, including experience building people reporting and KPIs or further developing an internationally scalable HRIS.
• Fluency in both German and English.
