Lead HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As Lead HR Business Partner, you will shape the development of the HR Business Partnering function at Quantum-Systems, leading a team and taking on HRBP responsibility for selected business areas. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent, performance, and change topics.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization or dynamic scale-up/transformation environment.
• Experience in functional and/or disciplinary leadership of HR professionals, ideally including building a team.
• Fluency in both German and English.
