As Head of Industrialization, you will define and execute our industrialization strategy, enabling scalable, future-ready production systems and sustainable company growth. You will translate product innovations into industrial-ready, robust, and scalable manufacturing and lifecycle solutions.
Requirements
- A degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
- Proven experience in industrialization, production development, manufacturing engineering, or R&M-related environments.
- Strong understanding of scalable production and service systems across the entire product lifecycle.
- Experience with automation, digitalization, or Industry 4.0 technologies, with the ability to translate them pragmatically into solutions, standards, and systems.
- A strong combination of strategic, conceptual thinking and execution capability.
- Experience collaborating across R&D, Quality, and operational production teams.
- Ability to structure complex topics, derive long-term solutions, and drive sustainable implementation.
- A hands-on mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments where not everything is perfectly predefined.
