Manufacturing Manager (m/f/d) - Quantum Frontline Industries

Quantum Frontline Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the development and scaling of manufacturing operations for advanced UAV systems. The successful candidate will oversee daily production activities, develop efficient workflows, and ensure high-quality execution of production steps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in electronics, UAVs, robotics, or high-tech assembly environments.
• Proven experience managing production teams and working in fast-paced, growing manufacturing organizations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow organization, efficiency strategies, and resource planning.
• Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex operations, make data-driven decisions, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Solid technical understanding of electronics or mechanical systems is a strong advantage.
• High level of responsibility, ownership, and leadership maturity.
• Technical education in engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in scaling production from prototype to mass manufacturing.
• Ukrainian language as a significant plus
