The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional graphic design experience and expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. They will be responsible for overseeing project workflows, mentoring team members, and using AI tools in the design process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary team of 5+ individuals
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Proactive curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly) in the design process
