Job Description
The Business Analyst will develop dashboards, reports, and MIS to monitor key performance indicators. They will analyze data, generate reports for compliance and regulatory requirements, and automate data generation processes. They also ensure the high quality of work and address data issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with NetSuite ERP.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules (ERP, CRM, financials).
- Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
