This Business Analyst role involves developing business dashboards, reports, and MIS to monitor key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights. The role focuses on automating processes, ensuring data quality, and resolving data issues. They also handle compliance and regulatory reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with NetSuite ERP.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including ERP, CRM, and financials.
- Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
