Merchandising Manager, Bags/SLG's

Quince is seeking a Merchandising Manager, Bags/SLGs to join our growing team. In this role, you will scale Quince's Bags & SLGs category, combining product intuition with data-driven decision-making to build a high-performing assortment that delights customers and accelerates Quince's growth.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of retail merchandising experience in the Handbags (with an expertise in leather) category, preferably with luxury expertise
• E-commerce experience and/or DTC experience preferred
• Proven track record of progressing within an organization and demonstrating continuous growth in roles and responsibilities
• Product obsessed with experience in leveraging data tools and external sources
• Critical eye to anticipate customer needs
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical with focus on execution, problem-solving, improving processes and brand enhancement
• Continuous learner and highly curious
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Motivated by working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
