Requirements

• Ensures accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices.
• Reviews monthly vendor statements for past due invoices and reconciles vendor statements.
• Plans and supervises month-end closing.
• Assigns and monitors work of accounts payable coordinators.
• Oversees invoice scanning/imaging process.
• Responsible for annual filing of 1099’s.
• Removes stale checks and unclaimed property.
• Resolves problems and maintains a safe work environment.
