We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our top-of-funnel growth engine, generating high-intent demand that converts into new business revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a growth-oriented marketing role in a fast-moving SMB environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of performance economics: CAC, payback, conversion rates, attribution, and the trade-offs
- Experience overseeing paid search and SEO, even if execution is partially delegated
- Comfortable running experiments, analysing results, and making clear investment calls
- Strong analytical instincts, paired with good judgment and curiosity
