Chef de Partie

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie on a full-time basis to join us at RAC Karri Valley Resort and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef at The Lakeside Restaurant.

Requirements

• Formal Cookery qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• Minimum of two years relevant experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and quality standards
• Highly effective verbal communication skills
• Availability to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to obtain a Police Check
