We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie on a full-time basis to join us at RAC Karri Valley Resort and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef at The Lakeside Restaurant.
Requirements
- Formal Cookery qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum of two years relevant experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and quality standards
- Highly effective verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check
