Restaurant Supervisor

Located in Western Australia's stunning Southwest region, RAC Karri Valley Resort is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join their Food & Beverage team at The Lakeside Restaurant. The role involves supervising service periods, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
