- Strong background in customer sales and service roles with leadership responsibility

- Knowledge of relevant finance and insurance legislation acts and codes (desirable)
- Experience delivering strategic initiatives that enhance business performance
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across core stakeholder groups
- Experience working in a high-volume and multi-system environment (desirable)
