Requirements

• Passion for the beverage industry
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine (an advantage)
• Previous working experience as a barista or in events or functions
• Genuine love of hospitality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Victorian RSA preferred but not essential
• Ability to do a 3 plate carry
• Full availability on Saturdays
