Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a 4-5* hotel environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, evenings, peak holiday periods and public holidays
