Job Description
Radiant is a fast-growing, El Segundo, CA-based startup building a new-generation nuclear microreactor. They are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of components and materials, establishing a resilient and cost-effective supply base. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure quality, reliability, and commercial success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and standard office software.
