Job Description
Radiant is a rapidly growing startup focused on building mass-produced portable nuclear microreactors. They are seeking a proactive Strategic Sourcing Manager to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of components, materials, and services for their innovative reactors. This role is crucial in building a resilient and cost-effective supply base within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.
