RADIAS Health is hiring a full-time Case Manager to provide person-centered services to promote recovery and community integration of adults with serious persistent mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders within Ramsey County.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field (if no degree, 30 semester credit hours in behavioral health sciences) and 2,000 hours supervised work experience with individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders
- Must have car, auto insurance and driver's license
