Housing Case Manager - HSP

RADIAS Health is hiring a Housing Case Manager to join our House Housing Support Program (HSP) in providing services to individuals experiencing long term homelessness who have mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work plus 2,000 hours work experience providing services to adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness
• No college degree and 4,000 hours supervised work experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness
• Must have car, auto insurance, and valid driver's license
