Job Description
RY is seeking a Resource Manager (Workflow Manager) to join the team on a maternity cover contract starting in January 2026, supporting both strategy and tech teams. This role involves forecasting resource needs, identifying challenges, and suggesting solutions to ensure efficient project delivery. The role requires collaboration with Project Managers and team leads, and ongoing evaluation of freelance support.
Requirements
- Experience as a Resource/Traffic/Workflow Manager in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and on the phone).
- Experience with freelance resource sourcing (Black Book preferred).
- Ability to calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
- Strong data processing and Excel skills.
- Ability to use data & reports.
