Customer Success Manager (m/w/x)

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new customers, providing proactive support, and identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion of our platform usage.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in customer service or customer success
• High service orientation and a well-developed sense of customer needs and expectations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Ability to work independently and structured
• Solution-oriented and flexible approach to challenges
