Inside Sales Manager (m/w/x)

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will shape the entire sales process for all products on the Rail-Flow platform, from customer acquisition to sales closure. You will work independently and organize yourself responsibly, with a focus on careful maintenance of customer communication using our CRM system.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B software sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and able to convince potential customers
• Excellent team skills, negotiation skills, and tenacity
