Raintree is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to serve as a strategic business partner and growth leader for its largest clients. The role involves driving revenue growth through consultative engagement, account expansion, and solution alignment, with a focus on building long-term, trusted partnerships. The position requires a proactive and analytical sales professional with expertise in healthcare, SaaS, and revenue cycle management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, healthcare technology, OR relevant clinical degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of success in strategic account management or enterprise sales within the healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle industries.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of EHR/PM, healthcare IT, and/or Revenue Cycle Management solutions.
- Experience managing large, multi-location enterprise accounts in the healthcare sector (preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and business acumen.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.com.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for client engagements.
